MAGNA EXECUTIVE SEARCH, in partnership with a multinational company located in the region of Jundiaí, is hiring a:


FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER


Responsibilities:

• Guarantee compliance at local level for statutory/tax matters and for the group;

• Lead the preparation of the statutory financial statements and the fulfilment of tax declarations;

• Responsible for legal and accounting topics;

• Liaison with financial auditors, legal counsel and regulatory bodies;

• Manage payments to third parties based on delegation levels;

• Analysis of performance and management presentation with corrective actions to achieve targets;

• Business control in daily business analysis;

• Proper provision/accrual/stock evaluation in closings to grant correct representation in financial results;

• Implementation of best practices in specific market area in terms of business analysis/product-channel profitability/Operating working capital optimization;

• Preparation and overview in management meetings providing recommended corrective actions from finance point of view to achieve strategic plan targets.


Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration with MBA in Finance;

• Experience in Finance and Controlling functions of international companies;

• Strong commercial drive, able to influence others and willingness and capacity to innovate;

• Ability to clearly communicate complex financial data to both finance and non-finance colleagues;

• Excellent IT skills and ability to conduct complex data analysis;

• English/Portuguese proficiency required, Spanish is a plus;

• Availability for business travel in Brazil / Latin America;

• Availability to work in Jundiaí region.
